  • Complete agent referral form

  • Send agent referral form & KW Midland W-9 to receiving agent

  • Let MCA Dept know when you are expecting a check in case it's not marked for you

Receiving a Referral

  • Complete agent referral form

  • Contact lead & get them under contract

  • Request referring agent's brokerage W-9

  • Submit referral in the commissions tab before closing
